Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tgbet website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). tgbet is an online gaming and sports betting service operated for the entertainment of eligible adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tgbet ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on tgbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tgbet operates a strict 21+ policy with zero exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tgbet or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology providers.
• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

2Account Registration & Security

When you register a tgbet account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one tgbet account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tgbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify tgbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• tgbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your tgbet account is for your personal use only and may not be accessed or used by any other person.

tgbet reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tgbet account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing period. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. tgbet shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any deposit made using a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• tgbet does not accept deposits derived from criminal activity. Any account found to be associated with money laundering or financial crime will be closed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tgbet offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• tgbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where the offer has been misused or claimed in bad faith.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all bonus awards being forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on specified games and expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Players who have opted into the tgbet self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or claim any bonuses or promotional offers for the duration of their exclusion period.

5Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tgbet Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by tgbet.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug are void.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Impersonating another user, tgbet staff member, or any other individual in connection with the Platform.

6Intellectual Property

All content on the tgbet Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and audio-visual material, is the exclusive property of tgbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tgbet. Any unauthorised use of tgbet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for the following:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including losses caused by technical failures, server outages, or maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in the execution of bets, deposits, or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if tgbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Content provided by third-party game developers, including game rules, payout rates, and RTP figures. Each game provider is solely responsible for the integrity and accuracy of its own game content.

8Responsible Gaming

tgbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide self-management tools that allow users to control their gambling activity, available at any time from your account settings. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, temporary time-out periods, and self-exclusion options.

9Privacy & Data Protection

10Amendments to These Terms

tgbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Where any change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations, tgbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. However, the absence of such a notification does not invalidate the revised Terms.

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting tgbet customer support at [email protected]. tgbet will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a competent court or arbitration body as determined by tgbet in its sole discretion.
